10 months and counting

It has been some weeks since I last added something to my blog. Back then I was proud to show off my first tooth. In the meantime I have another one next to the first, so now I can really smile a toothy smile. :-D

I am also becoming much more mobile lately. I have finally learned how to crawl forward and I can now basically move to where I want. I am not exactly a professional crawler yet, but I do get around, testing mom and dad's nerves, when I get to the drawers or closets and open them. They said something about putting locks on them, but I am sure I will figure out how to get around that.... hehehe! I can also "walk" a little bit, when mom or dad is holding me by the hands, but it is not really my favourite thing.

Today mom took me to the park, and for the first time ever, I tried the swings. I loved it - it is soooo much fun, and when mom wanted to move on, I got very upset. I could have stayed there all day. Or at least until I got too hungry...

I only have one tooth...

...but I am very proud of it!

Lock the drawers and closets...

Here I come! I have discovered that I can actually move around a bit. I still haven't quite grasped how to move forward, but by accident I do get around and find new things and places to explore. I have also mastered the art of getting back to a sitting position after I have been lying down, where I roll back and forth from back to belly as I please now.

In the morning mum or dad will often find me awake lying on my stomach holding on to the bars, getting very annoyed with not being able to get out of bed. :)

Stand by me

I can stand up now if I mom or dad lifts me on my feet and I have support, such as the coffee table in the livingroom. I can stand for about 5-10 minutes before my legs get too tired, and I need to sit back down. I love being on my feet - I can see so much more of the world!

My first tooth

So at exactly 8 months and 20 days, my first tooth has made its appearance :)

I've been just as cute and good as always these past couple of days (have only slept less than usual), and now I have a tooth to show when I smile :)

Listening to my favorite song

No matter if I am sleepy, cranky, annoyed or otherwise upset... whenever this song is played for me, I sit still and listen and watch the video from start to end. Any other song doesn't work - only this one.
